How much does it cost?

We have programs for every level of fitness and every walk of life — they range from free all the way up to a few hundred dollars. We'll go over all your options on your strategy session and find the one that fits your goals and your budget. No pressure, no surprise pricing.

Do I have to be in shape to start?

No. Most members start from zero — never lifted, hate gyms, intimidated by classes. Our coaches scale every workout to where you are today and progress you from there.

Is the meal plan really custom?

Yes. After your strategy session we build a plan around your goals, your weight, your schedule, and the foods you actually like. You can keep your favorite foods. Nothing is off limits.

Can I do this while I'm on a GLP-1 like Ozempic or Wegovy?

Yes — Legion was designed for it. GLP-1s burn fat AND muscle. Our coach-led strength training prevents the muscle loss and saggy GLP-1 look while you keep losing weight.

What if I miss a workout?

Make-ups are available — most weeks we have 8+ class times. If you no-show without telling us, your coach will text you. That's the accountability you're paying for.

What's actually in the 6-week challenge?

Six weeks of coach-led classes 3-4 days per week, plus a custom meal plan, plus weekly weigh-ins and body fat scans, plus check-ins with your coach. Most members lose 15-30 pounds. The goal is 20 lbs or 5% body fat.
